This online self-paced course will take you on a weight-loss journey, teaching you how to control your thoughts when it comes to losing weight. “Before we put anything in our mouth, we think!” As a result, if we can control our thoughts, we can control our eating habits as well. The course is designed for professionals who deal with weight problems or for those who are trying to lose weight.

In this course, we will take a holistic approach to weight loss. We’ll look at the cognitive and emotional factors that contribute to weight gain, and we’ll teach you how to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), problem-solving, and mindfulness to lose weight.

Obesity rates are rising at an alarming rate all across the world. For many years, the most effective treatment for obesity was to simply restore a balance between the amount of energy ingested and the amount of energy burned.

Despite the fact that it appears to be a simple strategy, research shows that roughly 90% of those who follow this method, restore their starting weight within five years. The idea of a traditional weight-loss treatment focused solely on a low-calorie diet and increased physical exercise could be regarded as overly simplistic, ignoring all emotional and psychological contributing factors.
